Android TV exfat

hello everyone once again we have thesamsung galaxy note 2 in front of us and in front of it we have a usbotg connector it is 5pin usb otg connector i just wanna note that samsung galaxy note 2supports two different types of usb micro pinconnector five pin and eleven pin connector

Android TV exfat, and the usb otg connector onlycomes in 5 pin but if you ever decide to get a mhl hdtv connector you haveto make sure you get an eleven

pin connector and the way to make sureis needs to be either made for the galaxynote 2 or the galaxy s 3 there're identical connector and other video on thatcable later let's go over the usb otg connector so what i'm gonna connect to this is keyboard and mouse and then after that i'm going to connect compact flash card of my dslr so let'sget started

i could connect this receiver for the keyboard and mouse directly this is receiver for thekeyboard and mouse i could insert it directly to this connector usb port but i know thatfor this demonstration that distance between the keyboard and thisreceiver and the mouse it's not optimal so i'm going to creat justthe extension with the usb hub that i have

so i have this usb hub and i'm going to connect that to the usb otg put this hub right here going to connect this to the usb otg and i'm going to connect it to the galaxy note 2 and once iconnect this you should see a pop up message pop up in the

notification bar ok there we go..usb connector connected andthen we see that this has led up as well andi'm going to insert this receiver for my keyboard and mouse into here and i just wanna take a moment to showyou my keyboard or mouse..it is a small

company called rapoo and they make really small but cool looking products so this is a keyboard and as you could see ithas no fram so the keyboard is essentially half the size even though the keys are about the same as you could see

when i move the mouse you could see the mouse move a cursor has shown up and i just want to mention that this home screen that you'relooking at is the default home screen that your galaxy note 2 comes with and itdoes not do a landscape mode i hear they might be comingup with the update to support landscape mode of4.1.2 so i'm hoping for thatbut

i haven't really verified those claims yet so let's go to the internet browser and i have cnn open here i'm going to try to scroll with this mouse as you can see scrolls just like youwould do on a computer i know on a computer when i hit space when i hit space..go down on the page sojust like a computer..it does the same and obviously

the left mouse button is tapping on the screenso i could tap on that i could change url but i just wanna point out that text selection you usually do this by clicking anddragging it does not work the same obviouslybecause it is kinda like trying to tap and moving and it doesn't workso you have to kinda

work around it you have to tap on it and you haveto use this little thing here so another thing i want to point out isthat the middle button if you have a scroll wheel that also presses down we have the middle button and that is a close app button so you could see that the app closed let's started back up

maybe it's not the app close buttonit is a home button...i just want to clarify that the last this..this is a cool part the right mouse button is the back button so say we go to one of these links here go to a link and then if i want to go backi don't need to hit back on here you could hit back to go back on the browser by clicking onthe right mouse button

but thereally cool part is when you hold this back buttonyou get the multi window the split screen feature it works with the mouse so this is a cool part so hold the rightmouse button and as you can see this multiwindow menu popped up and i'm doing this with the scroll buttonand it works beautifully so i'm just going to start up the video player and i'm going to open it up on the rightside

i had a video player earlier sothis is a video that i downloaded i could resize these windows and you could swap places say you wanna make the browser go on the right soclick on the middle button and then click on the swap button so depending on what's moreimportant to you during the

time you could definitely surf and then have just like a little window forviewing a video and headphones on or something let's see i guess if you just wanted to full screenthat you have that full screen button so that as you could see the keyboard andmouse

let's try to type on this keyboard typing on this keyboard seems pretty good and definitely much faster than typing with your thums so i really like that one thing i want to mention as we moveon is that on this hub if i try to connectanother usb device to this hub

things will go wrong and i believe it isbecause the power of this what this pork can provide if you try to connect too many devices even like two devices i think it isthe power is not sufficient this usb hub comes with the adapter so i could plug that if i wanted to but i lost it so

what i'm gonna do is i'm going to disconnect this since i've prettymuch done showing you a keyboard and mouse let's put that way i'll connect this this is a multi card reader and it took thisstraight out of my dslr let's see if we could

look through that i'm going to plug it in and you could see usb mass storageconnected what you should see when youfirst do that is you should see this app called my filesit opens up automatically when you connect a usb mass storage device let's get rid of this multitasking tap as you could see my

internal card external card and the new usb drive soi'm going to go where my camera store my photos and unfortunately cameras i liked to takepictures in raw files but i guess if you want toincorporate this into your photography process..your photographing process you could just

take pictures and then saveboth jpgs and raw files so this is a picture i took from my dslr as straight off the slr and i put the card into this reader it works beautifully that concludes the end ofdemonstration of the usb otg cable

i also want to make one additional note i try to connect my power external hard drive myhard drive but unfortunately it told me that i had it formatted format that it didn't recognize i think i had it ntfs which thisdefinitely doesn't recognize so if you have an external harddrive

it'll absolutely work if you have it formatted correctly i believe fat32 are right one and possibly exfat i know fat32 should work for sure anyway thank you for watching my videoi have about fifty videos doing demonstrationslike this on the galaxy note 2 in my chennel so make sure check those out andplease subscribe for upcoming videos

in the future

Android TV exfat
